I have had a long career as an actress and therapist. However, it was only after my divorce a few years ago that I realized how little I knew about loving myself as a woman and how lost I was with my own sexuality.

That marked the beginning of a deep journey of exploration into why I had lost my sexual desire and spark. I wanted to know how to ignite my own erotic glow and learn to love my body and femininity in all its variety.

In my work, I combine psychotherapy and the latest neuroscience methods with practices drawn from tantra, Taoism, and shamanism traditions.
