1: Journey to Embodied Love

You fall in love with your own sensual and sexual body. At last, you feel beautiful, worthy of all pleasure and goodness. The heart, womb, and vagina are the power centers of a woman. A woman enjoys her sexuality much more when her heart is open and present in her own sexual play or encounter with a partner.

2: The Flower of Sensual Pleasure

You bloom as you surrender more deeply into your sensual pleasure. It’s easy to lose touch with feminine softness in the whirlwind of coping and doing. You will learn to guide and spread flowing, pleasurable energy throughout your entire body. When you can feel erotic pleasure in your whole body, you will discover new kinds of pleasure experiences, and your orgasms will also intensify.

3: Honeyed Sensuality

We dive into the world of the senses and play with the elements of nature: fire, air, water, and earth. The more sensitively and powerfully we sense, the richer our life and sexuality become. When you forget about goals and surrender to your senses, a path to ecstatic experiences opens up for you. You activate more nerve connections between the brain, senses, and genitals and strengthen your pleasurable vitality.

4: Healing Pleasure

We nurture ourselves and free ourselves from old chains so that we can flourish ever more fully. We carry distorted beliefs and traumas that prevent us from enjoying our bodies and sexuality. This week, you get to shed these old burdens from your shoulders and find the authentic pleasurable sexuality beneath them. 5: The Flowing Erotic Magic of Emotions

The flowing expression of emotions is a key to a woman’s sexual pleasure and orgasm experience. If your emotions are stuck, you cannot be as sensitive and open as you wish, nor can you root yourself in your power, and your sexual energy does not flow. Now you become the mistress of your emotional storms, holding all your feelings and inviting them into a loving heart connection. Your sensual pleasure can flow freely and abundantly.

For over a decade I have supported women in reconnecting with their bodies, pleasure and feminine power through transformative courses, workshops and retreats.
